What is the Shipping Policy?
We offer Free Priority Shipping on items ordered in the Bundle category, our most popular product. Simply select “Priority Mail” and enter the Promo Code FREE at checkout. We offer other Shipping alternatives at checkout and applicable charges apply.
What if I made a mistake on my order?

When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 48 Business hours regardless of the selected shipping method. However, there are instances that your order may be delayed such as an order discrepancy or holidays. Digital stamps are emailed within 48 Business hours. Please check your spam or junk folder if you did not receive it.
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

What if my company is Tax Exempt?

What is your return policy?
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Because most items are custom, we ask you to review your purchase for spelling, dates… before checkout. The custom stamps and embossers are produced from the information that is provided to us when you place your order. If a mistake is made on our end, we will send you the correct item, free of charge. When the mistake is on your end, we will replace the item at your expense.
